This residential terrace in South West London had a wrap around rear extension constructed and a new basement dug. The architects proposed a design that allowed natural light to cascade through the new glass roof down into the basement by adding a double height stairwell into the centre of the ground floor.
Chivalry Road won the Small Project Award at the 2018 South Eastern Counties Regional Group IStructE awards.
